Promotion Rules:

1.Promotion Venue – The Atrium of Khan Shatyr Shopping Mall, located at Z05G9F6, Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana, Nura District, Turan Avenue, 37.

2.Prize Fund of the Promotion consists of the following prizes:

9 (nine) vouchers for accommodation for two at Rixos Hotels for a specified number of nights.

2 (two) one-bedroom comfort-class apartments from the developer BI Group.

3.General Promotion Period – from February 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM to January 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period)

4.The Prize Draw will be conducted in several stages:

• Stage 1: March 16, 2025, at 4:00 PM
• Stage 2: April 20, 2025, at 4:00 PM
• Stage 3: May 18, 2025, at 4:00 PM
• Stage 4: June 15, 2025, at 4:00 PM
• Stage 5: July 20, 2025, at 4:00 PM
• Stage 6: August 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM
• Stage 7: September 21, 2025, at 4:00 PM
• Stage 8: October 19, 2025, at 4:00 PM
• Stage 9: November 16, 2025, at 4:00 PM
• Stage 10: January 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM

5.Prize Allocation:

Stages 1 to 9 – 1 (one) voucher for two at Rixos Hotels will be drawn in each stage.

Stage 10 – 2 (two) one-bedroom comfort-class apartments from BI Group will be drawn.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. A participant may refuse the prize, but in this case, no monetary compensation will be provided.

6.Eligibility for Participation:

Open to individuals aged 18 and older, who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan or foreign nationals with a residence permit in Kazakhstan.

Excluded from participation: employees of the Organizer and Sponsors, their close relatives, employees of the shopping mall and tenants, as well as any other individuals directly involved in organizing the promotion.

7.How to Participate:

Make a purchase or use any service from tenants of Khan Shatyr Shopping Mall for a total amount of at least 30,000 KZT in one day.

Exchange the receipt(s) for a coupon at the promo stand in the Atrium of the shopping mall.

On the days of prize draws for Stages 1-9, receipts must be exchanged by 3:45 PM, and for Stage 10, by 4:40 PM.

Follow the official pages of the Organizer and Sponsors on Instagram: @khanshatyr, @bi.group, @rixoshotels, and remain subscribed until the end of the promotion.

8.Prize Draw Process:

Winners will be determined randomly by drawing a coupon from the lottery drum.

The draw will be broadcast live on Instagram @khanshatyr.

9.Claiming the Prize:

The winner must contact the mall administration within 5 working days after the draw.

The winner must provide the necessary documents and confirm their Instagram subscription.

10.The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and duration of the Promotion

•Any changes will be announced on the official Instagram page @khanshatyr.

11.By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to the following:

•Their personal data and materials may be used for advertising purposes without compensation.

•Winners agree to interviews and promotional filming without additional payment.

12.Taxes and Fees:

•All taxes and any other mandatory budget payments must be paid by the winners themselves.
